Try a fresh look

Choosing a frame might seem easy at first glance, but it’s about more than just aesthetics.

That’s why our in-store specialists are here to assist you throughout your decision-making process. They will guide you towards glasses based on the size and shape of your face, your prescription, frame tilt, and more.

Besides their primary function of correcting your vision, your glasses are also a significant fashion accessory! They should reflect your tastes and lifestyle. A frame that doesn’t suit you well can have repercussions like discomfort around the nose and ears.

EXPERT ADVISORS

Our opticians and stylist-advisors are here to answer your questions and provide advice tailored to your needs, your facial features, and your preferences.

You’ll discover an extensive range of products from top brands at guaranteed best prices in our 14 LE LUNETIER stores across Greater Montreal.

AFTER-SALES
SERVICE

Our service doesn’t end after delivering your glasses; it continues until we are certain that all your needs and expectations have been fulfilled.

An adaptation period may be necessary when purchasing a new pair of glasses. It can last up to two weeks, especially if you’ve changed frames, lenses, prescriptions, or if these are your first glasses. To facilitate the transition, we recommend wearing your glasses as often as possible.

SATISFACTION

If, beyond 2 weeks, you still experience headaches, blurry vision, dizziness, image distortions, or any other issues, consult your optician promptly. They will check the adjustment of your glasses and ensure that these side effects no longer persist.

You can replace your lenses within the specified timeframe if they don’t suit you. You can opt for a different and equivalent product. If the final product you choose is more expensive, the price difference will be charged.

Exclusions: Guaranteed products exclude damage caused by an accident and those resulting from failure to maintain the product.
