FRAMES

The customer is entitled to a one (1) year warranty for manufacturing defects* on frames.

LENSES WITH ANTI-REFLECTIVE COATING

The customer is entitled to a one (1) year or two (2) year warranty (depending on the product) on lenses that have received an anti-reflective coating if they exhibit a manufacturing defect*.

PROGRESSIVE LENSES

60-Day Adaptation Guarantee
The customer is entitled to a 60-day guarantee on the adaptation of their progressive lenses*. In case of any adaptation issues, we will exchange the product for one of equal or lesser value. If the chosen product is priced higher, the customer will need to cover the difference.
